Staff.Care
eRostering automates the production of the workforce rota
saving time and money. After the rota has been completed it
is then possible to produce a printout of the complete rota,
a printout for each staff member for the rota period and one
for each day split into individual shifts.
Staff.Care also allows
recording of the day by day activity i.e. what actually
happened on each day. As a result of this it is capable of
producing time sheets, comparison between the planned rota
and actual rota as well as analysing staff annual leave,
sick leave, study leave etc.
Staff.Care
offers additional facilities for automatically capturing
attendance data through a variety of devices to suit the
needs of your organisation; time clocks, fingerprint
recognition, radio frequency tags or via a web browser.
Time & Attendance facilities
provide information in real time as to who has clocked in
and at which department and who is absent. It provides
management with increased visibility of their resources,
particularly important in a flexible working environment,
and with up to the minute information on conformance to
health and safety standards such as Working Time
Regulations.
As data is captured
electronically it can be stored, analysed and used to
provide automatic updates for other systems such as payroll,
HR records and ESR.
