SMI offers 'on the job' Training Courses to suit your exact requirements.

Identifying your needs is key to the training offered by SMI. Making a decision about the right training for your organisation depends on a number of factors; the business needs of your organisation, the needs of your staff and recognition of existing skill levels.

We can offer either one-to-one or classroom training. Training allows for real-time discussion with our Trainers and provides interactions around other staff members who are lemming the same material. Each course can be designed to fit in with the individual staff members regime and workload, which can involve training different staff members at different times of the day.
