During the Planning stage we concentrate on clear definition of the project, allocating responsibilities and setting milestones. Once the project is clearly scoped we undertake application training for the key members of the project team who will participate in the Analysis & Design Workshops.
Once the solution has been defined and documented SMI then configures Staff.Care to meet individual customer requirements. The Build phase also includes planning and testing of interfaces to other systems such as ESR payroll and HR.
Once the pilot has been agreed and signed off then Implementation in the initial unit(s) takes place. SMI provide both helpdesk and on-site support during the critical go live phase.
Underpinning the whole methodology comprehensive Project Management is in place to handle issues, project team communications, maintain quality and control scoping.
