As leading supplier of high quality software and services to the healthcare sector, SMI are market leaders in their Staff Rostering systems specialising in NHS, Private and Not for Profit organisations. Due to continued expansion, we are now looking to recruit a Software Trainer / Software Implementation Consultant to help meet the challenges the future will bring.

For this role we’re  looking to recruit someone with a proven background in training and implementation delivery. You must understand Rostering Systems and HR Solutions, and preferably have a rota training background.

Joining an enthusiastic team, as a Software Trainer / Software Implementation Consultant you will be jointly responsible for up to 100 clients within a geographically diverse area. You will ensure the smooth running of the accounts and help to find new ways to improve performance.

Your role will involve:

·         providing training throughout the UK and Ireland and advising on our client’s software products and services

·         ensuring our client maximises ‘added value’ opportunities through interaction with clients

Eventually you will also be expected to manage the implementation of new contracts from initial planning meetings and management meetings, to installation and training. You will also offer a continued source of contact.

To be considered for this position you must have:

·         experience of delivering training

·         some knowledge of rota and HR software systems

·         a current, full UK driving licence and own transport

The role brings considerable autonomy; therefore as the Software Trainer / Software Implementation Consultant you will need to be astute, highly motivated and have plenty of ideas and drive. You will also need strong interpersonal skills, and a highly organised and flexible approach.
